Victoria Beckham: Visits Regis & Kelly

While Victoria and David are in New York City for their appearance at Macy's on Friday, Victoria will be appearing on Live! With Regis & Kelly to promote the new "Signature" fragrance line. Regis will not appear on Friday's episode, instead, Kelly will be joined by guest host Nick Lachey.

Regis and Kelly airs at 9:00am on ABC. Check your local listings.

Sidenote: As soon as I found the picture above, I realized that I forgot all about Victoria's long extensions phase. I feel so horrible that I didn't include that on the poll, because I really loved that period in her hairs history. *Sigh* Oh well.

Emma Bunton: Ab Fab - Huntin', Shootin', Fishin' (Part 4)

Eddie shoots a pheasant which turns out to be alive, so she and Patsy drug it and leave it in Hyde Park. Meanwhile Saffy calls the police on Sarah.

Hope you enjoyed this episode.

Emma Bunton: Ab Fab - Huntin', Shootin', Fishin' (Part 3)

"Maybe Emma Bunton shot me and I just don't know it."

Sarah decides to stalk Emma, while Eddie and Patsy try to make the most of their time in the countryside by horseback riding and shooting clay pigeons.

Emma Bunton: Ab Fab - Huntin', Shootin', Fishin' (Part 2)

"She said Stop It!"

Naoko Mori guest stars in her recurring role as Saffy's paranoid best friend, Sarah (whom Edina calls Titicaca) and becomes obsessed with Emma when they meet up at Saffy's baby shower.

Sidenote: Naoko and Emma have acted opposite each other before. Naoko played the role of the Spice Girls pregnant friend Nicola, in Spice World: The Movie.

Emma Bunton: Ab Fab - Huntin', Shootin', Fishin' (Part 1)

I've written a post about each of the Girls today, except for Emma. Since she doesn't really do much lately (compared to the others), I'm adding the second episode of Absolutely Fabulous that she guest starred on during the show's fifth series.

Again she plays herself as Edina's latest celebrity client (and Saffy's old school friend).

"She's the famous gob on Prince Charles' crackers."

Mel B: GMTV Interview (September 2008)

A short interview with Mel about all of her latest projects. We also get an inside look into the making of her workout video's.

Headlines Is A Real Secret

I feel duped. After hearing all the news and seeing all the pictures of the the Girls performing Headlines (Friendship Never Ends) at the Victoria's Secret Fashion show, the performance was not apart of tonight's television broadcast. What the hell is that? We got two doses of Seal but we only got to see the Girls 1940's military inspired rendition of Stop? Does that seem justified?

As spectacular as the performance was, I was looking forward to seeing them in their gowns for Headlines. It better leak onto youtube otherwise we're S.O.L. I'm quite disappointed lol.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 10

The end of the girly chat. It's amazing how much foreshadowing there was in this documentary, and that all of their individual personalities were there even then. So for those of you who thought that the Ginger, Sporty, Baby, Posh, and Scary labels were a gimic....think again.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 9

The whole of the song "Take Me Away" from the showcase day and a bit of a one on one girly chat with each of the Girls. Victoria's singing voice is actually quite impressive on this song. She has a tendancy to quaver when she sings usually, but here she is really well put together.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 8

The Girls rehearsing the songs We're Gonna Make It Happen and Take Me Away. Very 90's.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 7

Bonus clips of the Girls from the Raw Spice documentary. Basically moments of the Girls in rehearsals uninterrupted.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 6

Geri was not to be underestimated and is clearly not someone to mess with. The fact that she tracked down one of the producers at the showcase and convinced him to help them find new management because Chris and Bob were moving to slowly for their liking is pretty damn impressive. The Girls knew what they were destined for and how to get there more than Chris and Bob did so they made it there themselves.

Now, here they are reuniting. Amazing.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 5

Showcase day. The day when the different music writers, and producers were invited to come meet the Girls and witness them in action. The girls still haven't been signed to a contract.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 4

I think Geri could have been their manager. Watch as she speaks her mind when Chris Herbert says that he's afraid that she's going to turn them into a fluff group. The other Girls roles are also firmly established. Emma is very much the baby, Mel C is the peacemaker, and Victoria is scatty and sexy.

Notice how Geri says Melanie C brings a lot of "spice" to the group.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 3

Take a look into the Girls bedrooms, their closets and a few of their fights. Geri and Melanie B really showcase themselves as the leaders of the group.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 2

The second clip of Raw Spice shows the Girls living together in a small house in Maidenhead, and we also see how passionate Geri was even at the beginning.

Nostalgic Spice: Raw Spice Part 1

It's about 6 hours until the Girls hit the stage for the first show of the Reunion Tour and I thought it would be fun to take a look at how it all started for our Fab Five.

This is the first clip (of 10) of the documentary "Raw Spice" which features the Girls meeting each other for the first time to form a Girl group which would have been known as Touch. Chris Herbert and his father Bob placed an Ad in the Stage newspaper looking for Girls who were ambitious, streetwise, outgoing, and dedicated. I bet he never would have guessed how ambitious this lot was.

Reunion Tour: Behind The Scenes

The Girls gave an exclusive backstage interview to Sky News in the UK. Take a look at Victoria's costume, pretty nice but according to Geri the costumes aren't done yet.

Ummm you better get a move on Girls, the show opens in two days. I still can't believe that it's almost here, it's just come so quickly.

Spice Girls Tesco Ad # 2

In their second commercial for Tesco stores in the UK, the Girls fight over what to have for Christmas lunch. I'm loving these commercials.

Melanie Finishes Second

It's about 3 minutes after the announcement and I still can't believe those results. Melanie sadly finished second in Dancing With The Stars, with Helio Castraneves taking home the trophy. Even if I hadn't been a fan of Melanie's, it still wouldn't change the fact that after Sabrina was kicked off, she became the best dancer of the group and completely deserved to win. Especially considering the schedule she had with the Spice Girls rehearsals cut into her rehearsals for the show, and she still managed to keep herself in the top spot pretty much every week. I guess there are more race car fans than there are Spice Girls fans.

I loved watching Helio, he was very entertaining to watch but I'm sorry, when you look at the entire season...he didn't deserve to win. Oh well, congrats to Helio and Julianne anyway, and Well Done Mel & Maks. You were amazing.

PS. At least she wasn't beaten by Marie. That would have been inexcusable. Plus, Mel did get one spot higher than Emma did on the UK version.
PPS. God I sound so bitter as I read this back. I'm not really, if there was anyone for Mel to lose out to, I'm glad it was Helio...I just don't think he should have. That's all. This is my 100th post btw. That makes me pretty happy. Yay Me!
