Geri Halliwell: Schizophonic Official Video

This video pretty much speaks for itself, so I won't bother you with a whole lot of chatter. It's a promotional video for Geri's return to music after she left the Spice Girls in 1998. Watch away.

Melanie C: Rove Live Interview (2005)

"Not that I'm a Lez or anything."

Speaking of the Better alone video, in September of 2005, Melanie appeared on the Australian talk show Rove Live to promote her album Beautiful Intentions and discussed that video (particularly the dress), the three fears that she once reported she had, and her tattoo's.

I love Rove, I think he is so adorable. He actually did the voice of one of the sandcrabs digging around a pipeline toward the end of the film Finding Nemo. I'm full of useless information.

Reunion Tour: Behind The Scenes

The Girls gave an exclusive backstage interview to Sky News in the UK. Take a look at Victoria's costume, pretty nice but according to Geri the costumes aren't done yet.

Ummm you better get a move on Girls, the show opens in two days. I still can't believe that it's almost here, it's just come so quickly.

Melanie B On Larry King For DWTS: Part 2

Here is the second half of the Larry King interview. The stars are joined by their dance partners.

Melanie B On Larry King For DWTS: Part 1

As we all know by now, the Dancing With The Stars finale airs tonight and tomorrow night, and the 3 remaining stars were on Larry King Live (guest hosted by Mario Lopez) last week to discuss how this experience has been for them. Melanie appears via satelite from the Tour rehearsals.

Melanie B On TV Guide

Melanie B, her dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and their fellow contestants have landed themselves on the cover of this weeks edition of TV Guide. A full article inside, goes in depth into the Dance competition series as the finals approach next week. The article and photo's were actually done the week before Cameron Mathison was kicked off, so both he and Jennie Garth are included in the layout. Here are a few of the quotes from the article regarding Melanie.

Melanie on her figure:

"I’ve really toned up. The funny thing is my bum has gotten bigger, I think because of all of the dancing. [I learn the dances by] mimicking the finer points. I'll look at the way they [dancers] place their hands and say: 'Oh, I must remember to do that'."

Maks on Mel's figure:

"One of her dressers for the Spice Girls was checking her measurements and said: 'This can't be right. Somebody must have measured wrong.' All the measurements were too big."

Head Judge, Len Goodman, on Melanie's strength's and weaknesses:

"Her strength is that she's equally good in Ballroom and Latin. Her weakness is that she does the least practice of all the couples. She can't do six hours a week and pull it off."

Remember to watch and vote for Mel and Maks on Monday night. God, I sound like a bloody broken record. Oh well.

Maks Speaks About Melanie

Maks recently discussed working with Melanie on this season of DWTS. He had this to say...

"Her practice schedule is 10am to 7pm with the Spice Girls, no breaks, and then she's practicing with me from 7 to probably 7.45! (teasing) It is very difficult, but we're doing it. We don't practice nearly as much as the other celebrities and maybe we should! Mel is by far the best dancer in this competition, no question. Helio Castroneves can try and come close because he's a guy and he can just stand there and have Julianne [Hough] do her thing around him. I'm not hating! I think he's developing and improving and everything else but in the end, he isn't Mel. I am like her therapist! We're just happy. Confidence is for people who are nervous. We're not nervous so we don't need to be confident, we just do it. We don't compete, we just perform. Whatever the audience and the fans think, that's great. If we come back, great, if not, that's fine too."

Luckily the two have made it through another round of votes and will be competing against Marie Osmond and Helio Castroneves to win in next weeks finals. As much as I am rooting for Melanie, I think Marie (no matter how bad she is) is going to win this competition. The Osmonds have a huge fan following from way back in the 70's, and I think the age demographic of the show appeals more to the age of their fan base. Plus, I think she is getting some sympathy votes for fainting, for her father passing, and her son being checked into rehab. Not to say I wouldn't be happy if Marie won, I think she tries hard and she has an amazing personality, but dance wise....she is sub par as far as Melanie and Helio go.

Remember to vote next week. Emma finished up in third place on Strictly Come Dancing (the UK edition of the show), let's make Mel #1.

Radio Interviews

I just found two new radio interviews from October with two of the girls.

The first is an interview with Victoria on BBC Radio 1 discussing the Headlines video shoot, the zero chance of their being a new Spice Girls studio album and her life in LA, which you can listen to here.

The second is an interview with Geri on Capital FM, also discussing the Headlines shoot, Melanie C's reluctance to reunite, and what the new single means to her. Click here to listen to this one.

Re-Post: Melanie C. On This Morning

This is a video of Melanie C. on the UK chat show "This Morning" discussing the Spice Girls Reunion Tour, and promoting her new single This Time from her latest album of the same name. News about the tour: Roberto Cavalli is designing the costumes.

Re Post: Geri Halliwell On GMTV

A few of the Spice Girl dates for the reunion tour have already gone on sale and sold out in seconds, but this boy is still waiting for the Toronto date to be released and go on sale. In the meantime, I have news via this video of Geri on British chat show GMTV that the Girls have recorded a new single for their greatest hits collection entitled "Headlines". The Greatest Hits album will be released November 12th, with the single being released November 19th. Watch the video above to hear it from the horses mouth.

Victoria Beckham On Air With Ryan Seacrest

Victoria was live on Ryan Seacrest's morning Radio Show in LA on Halloween. Vicki seemed flattered that the ever flirtatious Ryan had a crush on her as she claims she never gets hit on by men. She discussed her excitement of celebrating her first Halloween in America with all three of her sons dressing up as Batman. As well as that, she discussed the American release of her fashion bible "That Extra Half An Inch", guest starring on this coming weeks episode of Ugly Betty, the Spice Girls Reunion, what to do in order to dress up as Posh & Becks for Halloween, and the eerie fact that David sounds almost identical to Harry Potter when he speaks.

Click here to listen to the full interview. If you'd like to download the file, right click on the link choose "Save Target As" and download away. Cheers.

Melanie C On Graham Norton

Melanie C appeared on UK chat show Graham Norton Live on October 26th, and dispelled some rumours about the Spice Girls while promoting her latest solo single. She mentioned her reluctance to reunite with the girls, and even gets a bit of touring advice from Rufus Wainwright. Too funny. Graham reunites the knitted Spice Girls lol.

Victoria Beckham On Ellen

Posh Spice is back! Victoria Beckham made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this past Thursday with her hair back to it's signature brunette bob just in time for the Tour (which starts in exactly one month in Vancouver). Vicki obviously talked about the tour and even presented a long time fan with two tickets to one of the London shows as well as a six night stay in London. But her main purpose was to promote her fashion book "That Extra Half An Inch" which was recently released in the US, and to promote her guest starring appearance on Ugly Betty as the celebrity maid of honor to Wilhelmina Slater (Vanessa Williams character), which airs next Thursday November 8th.

Watch as Victoria gives Ellen a Posh makeover while discussing tips from her book and Ellen gets Vicki into a pair of sneakers (parish the thought). Subjects in the book include, where to shop, how to accessorize, what to wear when your pregnant, shopping on a budget, as well as make-up and hair tips. I'll post the video as it becomes available.

Melanie C On Loose Women

As soon as the Girls got back together, the crazy rumours that always surrounded them kicked back into play. Melanie C (looking a bit like Raggedy Ann) recently appeared on the UK chat show "Loose Women" (the UK's version of The View) to put some of the rumours to rest and to promote her new single. My personal favorite is the rumour about the jewel encrusted, bulletproof bus. "We are obnoxious" lol.

Spice Girls Reunion Video

Okay, I'm going to try and go in order with the reunion news as it happened, but it's bound to get mashed up along the line somewhere. I'll have to get a quick move on I guess since new things are being reported everyday. The girls officially announced the reunion June 28th with this video and a press conference for the world media, hosted by Richard E. Grant (who played the girls on screen manager Clifford in Spice World: The Movie).
