Geri Halliwell: The Friday Night Project (Part 3)

The Gang play a game of Who Knows The Most About The Guest Host (a Geri Trivia game) where Geri get's to shock them if they get a wrong answer, and Punk a young man named Maclaren.

I'm just guessing about the spelling of his name (clearly).

Geri Halliwell: The Friday Night Project (Part 2)

Save the Ginger's and The Scent of Jesus.

Geri and Alan host the Friday Night News in this clip. I love it when guest stars can't contain their laughter.

Save the Ginger's indeed. I'm a ginger and we are a dying breed it seems like. I blame the sun for the lack of red headed people in the world personally. If we stay out in it for longer than two or three hours at a time we bloody well catch on fire.

Geri Halliwell: The Friday Night Project (Part 1)

Geri hosted the UK comedy show The Friday Night Project back in April. The show is sort of a cross between a talk show and a comedy sketch show (sort of like SNL) and features a new celebrity guest host and musical act each week.

In this clip we get to see Geri's initial introduction to the show and a filmed sketch of Geri and regular hosts Justin Lee Collins and Alan Carr being shown some police training on the set of The Bill. The Bill being a British police drama show.

Wow, I have to explain away things within an inch of my life lol. I just wanna make sure everyone is on the same page.

Melanie C: Motherly Advice

In a recent conversation with New! Magazine, Melanie admitted that though her fell0w Spice Girls have all been giving her advice about motherhood for when the baby comes, the only person she is really listening to is her Mum.

"I used to love the fact that I was the only Spice Girl who didn't need to lug around loads of baby stuff. Mad, innit? Me a mum."

"The girls are made up for me and have all offered to guide and advise me, but I'm sticking with my mum. She's my best friend and you don't get any better than that."

Mel will be putting the launch of her fifth studio album on hold in order to concentrate on having the baby.

Mel B.: 'Melony Brown' Virgin Ad

Please watch this, I think it's hysterical!

The new commercial for Virgin Media stars a computer animated version of Melanie B who goes to a German plastic surgeon (later to be revealed as Virgin owner Sir Richard Branson in disguise) to get a boob job but get's sold on the Virgin Media Movie Package instead.

Mel has seen the ad and says,

"I'm over the moon with my animated alter ego and the advert really made me giggle! It's definitely fresh and original and I'm going to make sure all my friends and family go to the cinema to see it."

The ads will begin showing in movie theatre's in the UK starting September 12th.

Geri Halliwell: The F Word [Part 2]

The results. Who do you think whipped up the best meatballs?

Geri Halliwell: The F Word [Part 1]

Geri appeared on The F Word to do a small cooking challenge with Gordon Ramsey and discussed the Reunion Tour, why she doesn't think she'll ever return to the music business, and her relationship with food over the years. Plus we get to hear what the other Girls ate when they first got together

"How many balls at any one time have you had in your mouth?"

Hilarious.

Emma Bunton: The F Word (Part Two)

"I'm standing here with a knife."

Jade get's his chance to run Gordon's kitchen and Emma wonders if they will beat her friends from All Saints. See how they do.

Sidenote: I've never actually seen Jade do anything before, I've only seen him in pictures but he's quite adorable isn't he? I just found him incredibly charming. He calls her Buba for Christ's sake, I mean c'mon that's cute.

Geri Halliwell: Hello Miss Halliwell

Sweet Lord Geri is lookin' sizzlin' hot these days. Not that she wasn't always a looker (aside from that too skinny It's Raining Men phase) but her physique and glowing face since she's had a baby are pretty incredible.

Geri gave a revealing and upclose interview to Hello! Magazine for their August issue while on vacation in Mexico with her daughter Bluebell following the success of the Reunion tour. As well as that, she did an exclusive photoshoot to go along with the interview, appearing in a bikini for the first time in a magazine in 7 years.

Though she looks absolutely brilliant now, Geri is no stranger to battling with her weight. Suffering from Bulemia in the past, her weight has fluctuated throughout the years. Geri had this to say when asked in the article about her appearance,

'People think I'm really confident but I do get self-conscious like many women about stripping off in public. I haven't been willingly photographed in a bikini for seven years - and I don't think I'll do it again.

'At the moment, I'm a bit curvier, having done the tour, so it was a big mental step forward for me to show my natural self, rather than my worked-out, toned self.

'Obviously, I'm still vain, that's still in there. I wanted to look my best and I wore a bit of fake tan but what woman wouldn't if they're being honest?

'I did strive to have my most perfect body and, in moments when I lack confidence, that voice is always there waiting to tell me, "You are not good enough, do better," but I'm more conscious of it.

'It used to be the loudest voice in my head but now I just tell it, "Shut up..."

'I don't have a strict diet any more. I eat cake, crisps, sugar-free chocolate and chips if I want to. I can't be bothered to follow a gruelling food plan. I'm a petite person and if I eat relatively healthily I'll stay that way.

'It's simple really. When I feel under pressure, I do eat cake but I don't punish myself for that like I used to. I just eat more healthily the next day.'

The August issue of Hello! magazine is available on news stands now.

Emma Bunton: "I Can't Believe It's September Already!"

Well it seems I'm back to my old posting schedule, which basically means that I'm posting something at least once a day. Whether it be old interviews, music videos, tv specials or all new news stories about the girls individually, I'm back it seems. Hopefully we can get the readership back up and maybe start up the poll again (I have a few new questions to ask).

Anywho, here is the latest news update on Emma via her Myspace blog,

Hi everyone,

I can't believe it's September already! August is 'Birthday Month' for me, with no less than five very important birthdays in the month, one of which belonged to our darling Beau who celebrated his very first birthday on the 10th. Luckily the weather was fair so we were able to organise a tea party for him in the garden at home, all our family and friends came which helped to make it was such a memorable occasion. Beau loved it and took the whole day in his stride, especially when we all gathered round to sing happy birthday, his face was a picture! A huge thank you to so many of you for wishing him a Happy First Birthday, it was very sweet to receive so many of your cards and kind messages.

Hopefully you will have all seen The F Word by now, as a result of taking part on the show Jade and I were invited to The London Restaurant Awards last night where we presented Jason Atherton with The Most Outstanding London Chef Award. It was great night and gave us an opportunity to catch up with our friends in the restaurant business, it's no secret that Jade and I have always wanted a restaurant of our own, who knows what the future might hold!
Lastly, I can't tell you how much fun I had covering for Judy on 'Richard and Judy'. It was a pleasure to be asked, very big shoes to fill, but I managed and very much enjoyed being part of the show for a little while. Lots more things coming up between now and Christmas so you watch this space!

Much love

Emma x

Oooh an Emma/Jade restaurant would be mighty sweet.
